CityPramaan is a civic-tech web app that connects citizens, contractors, and public viewers in one transparent repair workflow. A citizen reports an infrastructure issue, AI/RAG agents explain what should happen, proof hashes make the issue traceable, and contractor repair proof becomes visible to everyone.

Citizen reports a problem

A person uploads a photo, selects the exact map location, and describes the issue: pothole, drain blockage, dark street, garbage spot, water leakage, or footpath damage.

AI understands the issue

The AI reads the image and text, then gives the issue type, severity, confidence score, duplicate risk, and suggested action.

A proof record is created

The report gets a public proof ID, evidence hash, timeline entry, and Fabric-ready proof package so the issue cannot silently disappear.

Contractor submits repair proof

The contractor opens the same issue, checks the citizen photo and location, uploads an after-repair image, and runs a repair audit.
